Likes: Traveling about on missions, seeing other regions, Kevin, his motto (It took him many days to finalize it.), The Eevee evolutions (tends to grow excited if battling one), large fluffy PKMN, fire/ice/grass/electric PKMN, Team Rocket ((Durr)), Big missions, action.

Dislikes: Failing missions, small assignments, paperwork, getting yelled at by his superiors about not listening, being a grunt, and complicated machinery and robotics.

Current Status: Newbie Grunt and trainer.

Special abilities:
- Communicating with Kevin. He seems to be the only one who understands him due to developing a way of speech with the Eevee during his college days.

-Basic wire/rope traps and such.

Personality: Out going, stubborn, noobish, and spirited, this guy is definitely loyal to this organization. With a dream to become the best, Kurt strives his hardest to make his way through the ranks of Team Rocket to become an admin. Before he joined Team Rocket however, he only wished to be known for something. His cocky attitude tends to get him in trouble with a lot of his superiors however, due to his constant disobeying of orders to stay set on his assigned missions and tasks. To add to that, his Eevee Kevin isn't very reliable either, seeing as he wants nothing more then to simply laze about, and rarely feels like battling, so he often fails.

Speech upon encounter:
"Setting our future sights ablaze,
For this world remains within our gaze.
This dream of ours is bittersweet,
Yet with determination there shall be no defeat!
With great courage and power, I am Kurt,
And within' the name of Team Rocket,
I'll make this hurt!"

Bio: Ever since Kurt was a young child, he had always dreamt of being famous for something, no matter where life lead him regardless of it being bad or good. He loved Pokemon with a passion, and had always wanted to set out on a journey on his own like other kids. However, his parents didn't like Pokemon, and when he came of age to finally set out on his own, his parents forbade him, and instead forced him to finish school.
Throughout elementary, middle, and high school, Kurt grew up without learning a thing about, or even owning a single Pokemon. In doing so, he had to deal with his constant jealousy towards other kids, trainers, and friends who had their own, and eventually set out on their own to challenge the world, while he stayed behind finishing school.
When he graduated from high school and entered college, that was where it all began for him. Only three days into the semester did something go amidst on the grounds. Food stolen from the cafeteria by a small little creature. It clicked in his mind that it was a obviously a Pokemon, and he'd be the one to catch it, report it, and thus get some praise. So he set up a trap with bait, your basic, box over a plate of yummy goods method, and waited for about an hour before something hit, and clamped down, catching the Pokemon in the box. Surprised it actually worked, he quickly ran to the box, held it down, and opened it slightly from the top, peering inside. From within it's contents, brown beady scared eyes peered up at him, and the small creature whimpered. It tried escaping once, poking it's head out while trying to flee through the loose side. It was an Eevee, a very young, and skinny Eevee. Feeling sorry for it, he took it in and cared for it, keeping it as a pet for about a year. He named the Eevee Kevin, and was able to teach him a way to communicate so he would be easier to understand. When the campus councilors found out that Kurt had a pet within the dorms, they confronted him about Kevin, telling him to either get rid of the Eevee, or go with him. The next morning, Kurt left, and started his journey as a Pokemon trainer. That day, both Kurt and Kevin promised each other that they would make it big someday, no matter where life lead them.
Alas though, a few days into his journey, he was attacked by Team Rocket. When he realized how big the organization was, he didn't fight back, but begged to join, seeing it as an opportunity to become big and famous. The Grunts were confused, but agreed to take him and Kevin the the Team Rocket HQ, where his adventures began to unfold.

Personal Quote: "Lets you and me go far Kevin! Farther then anybody has gone before! We both have dreams don't we? So why not follow them together? If we stick by each other, we can achieve the impossible! I'm tellin' ya, our destiny is waiting for us!"

Other things to know, it's just one really.

During college, his parents wanted Kurt to be a lawyer. But as a way to finally rebel against them, he studied to be a Pokemon Professor. He's very knowledgeable about some Pokemon and other things. It helps make up for his constant screw ups during missions.

-VERY SMALL. While most Eevee stand at around 1'00'', Kevin is only half that size since he is still an infant. He doesn't even have all of his teeth yet!

-Has abnormally large ears for an Eevee, which heightens his sense of hearing.

-Tends to creepily stare at other trainers and Pokemon. Kurt named it the "Creeper Stare" thinking this is Kevin's actual ability.

-Tends to sulk if his "Creeper Stare" has no effect on his opponent/victim.

-Doesn't like to battle a whole lot, and enjoys lazing around and arguing with Kurt over the whole subject.

-Has had a deep attachment to Kurt since they met while Kurt still attended college in the past.

-Is still very young and learning. Wants to grow up to be a Flareon.

-Kevin doesn't have a Pokeball just yet, so he is technically still wild. Kurt wants to get him a luxury ball
