It's about a 25 year old red panda Retsuko that works in an office. Basically, it's a satirical show about Japanese work culture like annoying coworkers, shitty boss, etc. It's basically an original Netflix anime. I know you don't like anime, but, I think you should give it a try ^^
Oh and also Retsuko sings metal to relieve herself after the stressful day. That's why the show is called "Aggressive Retsuko" or "Aggretsuko"
