As a quick sketch it's good. what was this drawn with...pen or pencil? Good capture of the scene. This would be something I would do if I were out and about and came across a scene that would make a good project but maybe I forgot my camera before heading out - so I would draw what I saw to reference it later - this would allow me to document how shadows fell throughout the scene or placement of other items such as the boat and the mailbox. Also good perspective on the walkway.
