Mandelbulb3Dv1.7.8Should have used a BG or at least loaded a Blank solid dark BG, had some really bad Banding in the fog. Didn't notice it till the finished render, tried like hell to get rid of it in post work but it's still there dammit.

I barely see the banding - I agree w/Hal, looks like a very subtle rainbow effect - Guess it all depends on what you're lookin' for ... Nice piece either way!

I postworked most of it out with Gaussian Blur, really noticable on the Raw Image

I did't notice the banding. What I've noticed a couple of times, when you view the final render at 1:1 view in Mandelbulb, you don't see any banding, but in the saved bitmap file, banding suddenly appears. It gets worse with large renders.

Yeah, like Bib said the slow gradient change from top to Bottom for Depth has a habbit of Banding. I just didn't notice till too late or I would have changed the Depth Fog.
