just post production steps i like doing in after effects better than in photoshop. like grain, and color corrections, etc

Fantastic. Reminds me of wakawa (?). However, her eyes kinda creep me out due to the fact tat they are all the same color--no striations or anything. I'm sure that's intentional, but she would look more human if they were included.

you think it looks like wakkawa? i don't think so, perhaps its because of the colors, he frequently use pastel colors with lots of pink... and he also draws only women, lol.
i did not put the striations in the eyes, exactly for her not to look human, i'm so happy u got it, lol!!

Hmm, maybe it is just the colors and the subject--maybe something about the skintone? I'm glad that was the effect you were going for then, you did a good job.
