Description
This is my first time trying to parallax map! I used a tutorial by Jacob Mann at www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4Ar2q…I used some recolored RTP tiles as well as recolored versions of Celianna's Medieval House and Trees.
I didn't do any lighting effects, but I think it came out pretty well! Having some issues with it in-game, but that's how it goes...

I'd like to, but I can't seem to find a concept or storyline I like yet. I get pretty far into a game and then realize the story is falling flat. I really just like to make the worlds and the characters that live in them!

i believe from those things you say and from the maps you make you have imagination.. i don't think it's too hard for you to make a story

^_^ How great are Celianna's tilesets! I'm still waiting for Ancient Dungeons Jungle and Winter to be launched on steam >.< I recently rediscovered her Base Pack and have fallen in love with it again.

The Base Pack is available on Steam (store.steampowered.com/app/406… ) but her newer ones, Jungle and Winter, are only available through the RPGmaker.net (www.rpgmakerweb.com/a/graphics… and www.rpgmakerweb.com/a/graphics… ) or her website (pixanna.nl/ ).
I prefer Steam only because it's effectively its own backup in case something happens to my computer.
