Hey folks!

I have been creating characters from random drawings I made in my sketchbooks. This buddy up there is one of them. Here goes a brief story of him:

This cybernetic mammal was created by an evil mad scientist to be the most deadly (and cutest) war machine ever seen. But when his electronic brain was going to be turned on, the assistant of the scientist accidentally inverted the polarity of the circuits, which gave our character a personality of good, altruism and justice, instead of cruelty, mean and evil. And then was born the Bionic Marmot, a tireless robotic rodent which fights for peace and justice in the universe!
His courage is almost unlimited but there is only one thing in the world that could scare him: his own shadow!

I am doing it just for fun, but I will make comics with him and other characters if I have good ideas. =]

Olá!

De vez em quando eu crio personagens a partir de desenhos aleatórios que faço nos meus cadernos de desenho. Esse aí em cima é um deles. Aí vai a história dele:

Este incrível mamífero cibernético foi criado por um cientista louco para ser a mais mortífera (e fofinha) arma de guerra. Entretanto, quando seu cérebro cibernético ia ser ligado, o assistente do cientista inverteu a polaridade dos circuitos, dando ao robô uma personalidade do bem, ao invés de uma mente maléfica. E assim nasceu a Marmota Biônica, um incansável roedor robótico que usa seus poderes high tech para conbater o mal no universo!
Sua coragem é quase ilimitada, mas há apenas uma coisa no mundo que pode assustá-lo: sua própria sombra! (se não entendeu esta piada, dá uma olhada na página da wikipedia sobre o dia da marmota. hehe!)

Criei esse personagem só de zoação mesmo, mas se eu tiver alguma boa idéia, talvez eu faça quadrinhos com ele. =]
