Hi!These are Guy, Haggar and Cody, from Final Fight. This game is amazing. One of the first Beat'em up I've played.
I wonder if Cody's name was inspired by the hero of Streets of Fire, a movie from the 80s. The plot of the movie is very similar to this game's story.
I'm too lazy for cell shading tonight so here it goes with flat colors.

I used to have a copy of both Final Fight and the second one ... lots of fun. Next to Streets of Rage (or Bare Knuckle), the best bash n trash game ever!

Oh, tantas fichas gastas neste jogo. Muitas memórias, pena que em se tratando de sequencias similares a Capcom não conseguiu fazer frente ao Streets of Rage. O Final Fight 2 foi só um mais do mesmo, sem grandes inovações, já o SOR2 colocou corrida e combinações interessantes. Final Fight 3 seguiu a mesma vertente, mas ainda assim não conseguiu bater o Streets of Rage 3 no quesito novidades, sem falar que mesmo com a possibilidade de corrida o jogo ainda era meio lento, mas acho que isso era culpa da plataforma mesmo.

O que tem de inovação em final fight 3 é que dá pra fazer muito mais golpes que a maioria dos jogos do gênero. O Guy tem até um golpe parecido com o hadouken, e tal. Final Fight 3, na minha opinião, só peca mesmo na música, que é meio irritante. Diferente dos outros da série, que tinham músicas excelentes. Mesmo assim, acho ambos FF e SOR excelentes jogos de luta.

Verdade, lembrei do hadouken assim que vc mencionou, isso foi bem legal de terem inserido e os supers também. Outra coisa que eu achei legal, é que mesmo que vc não tenha outra pessoa para jogar de 2, vc pode deixar o cpu fazer o trabalho, só que é quase a mesma coisa que nada, eles colocaram uma AI inexistente para o seu helper. O som realmente foi um desastre, não tem nenhuma modificação sonora ou algo que indique que vc está lutando contra o chefe da fase. A única pista que vc tem, é que o chefe tem muito mais energia que os outros capangas. Ambos os jogos tiveram seus pró e contras, apenas acho que se o FF3 tivesse sido lançado para a plataforma SEGA, teríamos uma jogabilidade melhor que a do SNES.

Awesome so far, I hope you cell shade it soon as they are a good representation of all three of the playable characters. My favorite of your interpretations is Mike Haggar, who also happens to be one of my favorite game characters in general (Best. Mayor. Ever.).

Hahah! I actually watched Streets of Fire recently based on a supposed connection between it and games like FF and Streets of Rage. I didn't really like it tbh (more of a The Warriors guy) but I'm sure a lot of these 80s and 90s brawlers were influenced by it and other similar movies from the period.
