    Plot bunny I had. Basically Elise cries earlier in the story of Sonic 06, but when Iblis is release a nobleman seals Iblis inside of Sonic, who then speeds him and Elise back to the safety of the palace where the nobleman puts a magical tattoo on Sonic to keep Iblis inside of him no matter what. After Sonic leaves the palace he is captured by Mephiles who tortures him.

Sonic could hear Mephiles‘s footsteps, they sounded hurried he must be angry that meant his plan had failed again and he would torture Sonic more before raping him but at least Sonic knew that his friends were safe the door opened.

            “Sonic oh God…” That wasn’t Mephiles‘s voice he looked up to see Shadow who was now kneeling next to him bandaging his legs. He untied Sonic’s arms and bandaged his wrist’s.

            “Shadow…”Sonic said overcome with relief and joy

            “I’ll get you out of here.” Shadow said carefully picking Sonic up and holding him securely before taking off at Top speed.
