Hahaha. Well asking is answering, because everyone and their mom already did Morrigan and Felicia And the Darkstalkers universe has a lot of other interesting characters which don't have boobs.

In all seriousness: I chose Sasquatch because I had the idea of making a bit more 'realistic' version of him based on a seal because I thought that might work That's why I only did a portrait (and not full body) as well, it was the re-imagining of his face I was after.

I might. Is it specific characters or just pick one? Not really interested in Tekken but Killer Instinct-wise I might do a Glacius. And what's beat em ups? Just any game?

The beat em up project is about the whole genre, from the oldschool games like Final Fight up till todays god of war and i hope that i can illustrate the history of that genre with this tribute. You can see all details here [link]

The Killer Instinct Tribute is more or less done already but more entries can't hurt of course ^^

Other stuff i have planned for 2013 is a very big King of Fighters Tribute which gets announced in january, there will also be a 2 month running Samurai Shodown art contest on FGE

Last but not least a 25th Anniversary Project about great games which were released 25 years ago in 1988 like Super Mario bros is planned

That Samurai Shodown thing sounds pretty cool though. Used to play the shit out of the old ones.

me too, Samurai Shodown was for sure one of the best 2d fighting games with weapons ever, it was voted by the FGE community a while ago and i donate a small prize in form of a 3 month dA subscription too
