Description
I made it a big deal in Gwen's backgroundstory that cats are almost holy to her. I believe this was also the first time that I actually told Patrick to make Gwen look 'pretty'. Usually I'm not too fond on describing female characters like that to artists, but I wanted it to be clear that this setting is serene and that Gwen is finally at ease. Well, almost, she still holds her axe, but the cat seems to plead her to lay down her arms. She's out of her armour, her hair is loose for the first time. She's safe. At least, apparently safe.
