That face looks decidedly familiar. *Stares pointedly at you.*
In all seriousness, it's kind of cluttered. you need to make the head a little bigger and a little rounder, and put the body at more of an angle. It won't look so uniform then.

I'd also suggest doing away with the black outline around the wings. That way, they'll look more ethereal and translucent.
