Designed specifically with role playing (RP) in mindThis is made for an RP chatroom, mainly because random people just walk in and start talking and interrupting everything and not following the rules while other people RP; and noone likes that.
So, this is to (hopefully) tell them to make a Bio (description of a character you're role playing as) before you start butting into the conversations and such.
