All done in MS Paint, with mouse. I didn't do hardly any shading as it started off as a 4 GD sketch, but he ended up wanting color, and it worked it's way to 15 GD.
I'll go back later and do hard core shading for him once I master Photoshop.

You have no underlying plans for this composition. What is this person doing? Is that a balled-up hand, or a paw? You need to define what things are.
You're drawing with a wacom. Practice with layers next time you do oekaki or paintchat, whatever it is you're using. Use basic skeletons to plan out your figures. This person's anatomy is off, the left arm looks detached and their back looks like it's made of jello.
