Hey man, I said I loved America my country, and sexy women, there is no reason not to love your home country of Romania. It's the politicians and the economic system of ALL our nations that are corrupt not the country or the hard working people that are from them!

Politicians are created by people! In Romania, 95% of the population no longer has confidence in them! But there are not others to replace! And the population begins to get used to thinking as a herd of animals gone to the slaughterhouse! When are decimated health systems, education system and income are reduced massively not can to be quiet! The vast majority of the population, bows head down and awaiting the end! Many go to the other country and don't look back! So did and my boys! Now they have another country which takes care of them and they love it very much! Home is the place where you feel good and you are safe! When you begin to love heroes of others, it means that you don't have a place that you belong and to be proud of them!

I understand you point on all that you say. I forget who said the original quote "All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to stand by and do nothing." This is true in issues big and small. Change for the positive doesn't happen over night or without a few bumps in the road. I'm sure your boys had obstacles to overcome in their move to a new country and starting their lives over there. I don't know your religious stance but a preacher I once knew pointed out to me that in the Bible Jesus is referred to as the "Shepard" and we the people are referred to as sheep or his "flock". The reason he said was sheep are the dumbest creatures on the face of the planet, they are lost with out their Shepard to guide them, lead them to food, lead them to water, and protect them from harm. Politicians and those people with money and an agenda take advantage of that "herd mentality" allowing just enough resources to trickle out to the masses to keep them lulled into a stupor of calm or fear. The thing about heroes like Captain America is he is a better man than the country he represents. He stands for ideals and goals that are no-longer reflected by present-day standards. I'm sure growing up there was a relative, community member, or neighbor that stood out to you because of the way they lived their life to a higher code than they were expected to. If not then maybe it is time for you to follow you son's example and find a new flag that you would be proud of.

Mostly I agree with you, though ...
Hero = ideal model, endowed with exceptional human qualities, which no man does not may have in real life!
Religion = fantastic novel stories about heroes, available men to resist the vicissitudes during their lifetime!
Hell = real life of the people on Earth!
Heaven = an illusion meant to help people go through life and to respect the rules imposed by lords (masters)!
The masters of the world = people with incommensurable opulence (richness), they have the power of life and death over all others man!
The most able statesman of Romania was the first of her King, Carol I Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, (1866-1914) (born 1839), a German Prince! The period in which ruled he was the most flourishing period in the history of Romania! After him we have a dictator killed in Christmas day and one in the making, which I'm afraid that will end the same!

I don't think your insane at all. You just live in a region where you are faced with hard truths on a daily basis and cannot afford to bury your head in the sand the way most people in various countries around the globe do. I read somewhere once that one of the maid staff for Hitler would hang a particular piece of clothing on the line based on what or how Hitlers mood was at the time to give other maid staff a heads-up. One of the military staff caught on to the signal and passed the word around to his fellow staff members. Soon if Hitler was in a foul mood none of the staff bothered him with bad news. If a house maid can tell that the leader of a country is loosing it way before anyone else then that isn't insanity on the part of the maid that is genius! Dictators tend to have a "shelf life" even in their own little kingdoms. They tend to break from the paranoia that EVERYONE is out to take their power, fall from lack of ability to rule period, they get ousted, or like some recent ones die because they can't get medical treatment from another country that has branded them a terrorist.

I agree! Dictators are created by the lack of responsibility to the people around them! Three days in a row, in more than 20 big cities, the Romanians began to go out in the street and shout their dissatisfaction and to accuse political leaders who have made disaster in the country! I joined the protesters! We're tired of politicians who defy us, robbing the people and bringing us into a black dirt! The International Monetary Fund dictates and huge economic interests of major powers, brought most of the Romanians people below threshold poverty! Unfortunately, many young people joined peaceful protests with acts of violence! The protests will continue and I hope to impose our ideas to reform the political class! Hope is all that's left us!

Yesterday was the federal holiday here in the states for the late Civil Rights leader Dr. Martin Luther King. While not exactly the same the context of his message for peace and equality might hold some foundation for swaying the youth back to your side of things. Hope was always one of his key factors in his dream of a better tomorrow. It's just a thought.
