Hes the batman of britian,right? And did you ever hear of an obscure BMTAS character by the name of the gray ghost?

yeah gray ghost was Batman's hero in the animated series, opposite from the comics were the hero was the Zorro

sort of odd that this obscure character didn't get much more than just an episode and a few issues with him, I had this idea that batman gets traped in gray ghost's world somehow, maybe by toy man or someone else but has to find his way out, doesn't even realize he's there til he runs into gray ghost.
