17 we know this because it's winter when RNJR leaves patch (and it was near the end of the school year so like 6 to 9 months are spent in patch before Ruby leaves) and that School in Haven is only weeks away by the end of V5.Β
So statically she's Probaly 17 not 16 due atleast 22 months passing between V1 and V5. Hell because we know that school starts around the battle for Haven. It's likely closet to 23+ months.

I can almost guarantee the age of consent on Remnant is relatively low. Think about it, people who are in their teens are training to go into the wilderness and risk their lives on a daily basis. My guess is that the age of consent is probably about Ruby's initial age of 15, maybe 16.
