The whole composition as a whole is a beautiful work of organized chaos, as is portrayed through the texture from palette knife and swirls of colors. From this impressionistic approach you took, it shows how this vase actually feels like to gaze upon, rather than what it is simply like to look at with your eyes. I enjoy how there is little space around the flowers, which almost jump out at you because of how focused upon they are. I love how the piece is restricted to the main colors of purple and pink, as those colors are sort of calming to look at. The variation of greens in the leaves is nice, boldly expressing what colors you may find there in real life. I must say the shadow at the base slightly threw me off, because I originally perceived it to be apart of the vase in the first place because of similar values between it and the vase. This is really quite a beautiful, polished piece that displays the gorgeous colors of flowers.
