I love how your mind works in these wonderfully colorful ways. I would never have thought of showing a moonbeam on flowers, and your use of colors and light is fantastic <3 I love that is mostly warm colors with little pops of cools. It almost feels like I can actually feel the chilly night air and smell the fresh yet slightly sharp scent of the flowers in the night. I really could stare at this one for hours, completely entranced.

(I can never sleep).Β I kept trying different colors before I found something that seemed to be compatible with my mood--it was really an image
I was working with from a long-ago memory; having seen flowers almost glow, unexpectedly, when a door was opened in a hall at night--I haven't forgotten it.

It's very cool to hear the story behind how you made it! I have tried many times to get my memories out of my head and onto paper but it never goes well. I'm very impressed you were able to create such a beautiful image from memory.
