Description

Decided to randomly post this. Here we have Atlas, Saku's top bodyguard and one of the Generals of the Infinity Empire.

(Edited description):
Before we go on, first note that the artwork on the left is Atlas's normal form, while the artwork on the right is Atlas's new form fought in Chapter 8.2: Max Atlas.

As I said above, Atlas is Saku's top ranked bodyguard, as well as the brawns of the Infinity Generals, preferring to use his Darkron-powered fists in battle. His abilities are also named after the Greek gods, by the way. He's first met at the Prologue where he shows off his strength by withstanding Bowser's Flame Breath and KOing Bowser with (I think) his Zeus's Wrath. He's also seen in Chapter 2 along with the other Infinity Generals and Saku before they sent Dreadwing against the heroes.

He's first fought in the Wiggly Plains in Chapter 3, who was sent by Saku to get rid of the heroes before they can get the Celestial in the Gear Forest. His max HP in this battle is 50 while his Attack is 4 and his Defense is 0. Don't let that low Attack stat fool you, for he can boost it as well as his Number with Apollo's Aid. Despite his strong attacks, he humorously fled like a coward before the fight could end... which got him punished by Saku...

He's next found in Chapter 5 along with another Infinity General, Vick, and secretly their leader, Saku, as Charlie and Flubba's prisoners, taking part in their games 'Survive This', or so the heroes thought. Despite the fact that this was all planned, Atlas... wasn't the luckiest guy in the games, as evident in the fact that he got burned by a Chomp Mansion and started running around like a headless chicken. XD Yea, I'm never going to let that go. X)

He's then fought in Chapter 6, this time sent by Saku to find Elainne and the Celestial she holds. This time he's aided by 2 Infinity Pawns and he was more focused on defeating Bowser than anything else, which was why the fight, once again, ended before his HP reached 0. By the way, his max HP this time is 90, his Attack is 8, and his Defense is, once again, 0. Despite finally beating Bowser, however, Atlas fell short again when he was easily defeated by Elainne, causing him to retreat and leave the corrupted priestess to deal with the heroes.

After his failure to obtain the Celestial from Elainne, Atlas was demoted to a mere guard. Angered by this, Atlas stole Saku's Celestial Spirit of Justice for the sole reason to extract his revenge on Mario and his friends. As such, when Mario the others encountered Atlas in the Hollow Mines in Chapter 8.2 (and after Samantha revealed that he was her uncle), he removed his robe to reveal his life-support armor. He then replaced the life-support core in his armor with the Celestial Orb, obtaining the power of fire and becoming Max Atlas. With that, his stats skyrocketed to an HP of 250 and an Attack of 30, and he obtained new, fire-elemental attacks, though at the cost of most of his old abilities.

Despite the fact that he's tough and that all of his battles ended before his HP dropped to 0, he was finally defeated and finally recognized that Samantha was the same 'Sammy' that he cared for. With that, he gave Mario the Spirit of Justice and allowed the heroes to enter the castle.

He's definitely one of the more tougher Infinity Generals, but deep down, he proved to be a caring person, especially to Samantha. Still, I was actually surprised that he actually called Samantha 'Sammy'.

Tell me in the comments what you think. DON'T STEAL!

Just so you'll know, I honestly can't wait until the heroes reach the end of the Infinity Castle to face the fake Saku (because it's obvious that she's the Chapter Boss of 8.2, similar to Bowser in DiT).

Speaking of that, that also means that, like all the other Chapter Bosses, she'll hold a Celestial, in this case the Spirit of Destruction. I'd say that I don't know the design of the Celestial Orb's design, but something tells me that you'll show us that when you repost Saku in a similar style as the other Chapter Bosses.

... Right?

When I repost Saku to show off her Tattle Log, I will work on set 2 of the Celestial Spirits that I'm missing. Destruction being one of them

Thanks. I plan to do this for the other Infinity Generals, including Saku.

So are you planning on adding the second Tattle Log?

All done. As you can see, I edited that description A LOt to include more detail on what happened at these encounters, something that I'm also doing for Nana and Vick.

Tori: "Poor memory again, Leo?"

Me: "... Don't talk to me about it..."

Tori: "I'll take that as a yes."
