Ah it's not worth a trip from the US as you have tons more cons to choose from over there (plus Expo isn't a convention, we have Ame, Aya, Kita etc con-wise). Unless you have other things to do here as well.

Things like the combats and boots ect I brought off ebay, the tactical gear was also a mix of ebay and army/ airsoft websites. The shoulder pads I made myself using foam and covering it with poly-cotton drill material. The straps and utility belt were made by me using webbing straps and buckles. The detailing on the back of the t-shirt (not seen in this photo) was also hand-written by me. The hat and S.T.A.R.S. patches were another ebay find.

I have to ask, did you guys make your outfits or buy them? I wanna make a Rebecca Cosplay outfit, and I wanna know whats the best way to go.

Due to most of the Resi outfits being made up of combat gear a lot can be brought ready made from army and airsoft shops ect. But the shoulder pads and detailing to the back of the t-shirt I did myself and I had made her utility belt and pouch also.
I'm not sure what the guys did though.
