Depending on what you've got planned, that makes sense. Also, those 'seat flaps' sort of onesies would be useful for the caretakers, while leaving the kids mostly covered with their pajamas. With the degree of bondage they'll be undergoing, I'm assuming that they'll be in diapers?
Would the kids have their hands free, or have some sort of glove or mittens over them?

Yeah, they will be put in diapers with a special diet. They'll be sedated so they can't do anything when being bathed and changed.
Was debating gloves and booties, but since their hands and feet will be concealed in the bedding, probably won't.

I wondered if the pajamas had those built in padded feet that little kid pajamas sometimes have?
It might matter if they will they be given some freedom in time? Allowed to move if they play on things like rocking horses and such?

Initially, they will be kept in the beds, half drugged. At the same time, the heiress will have teams go to schools around the area to try and locate the magical twins created to protect their secret. Once they are located, she can use their families as hostages to make Phoenix Force cooperate. Only then will they be allow up, one at a time.
Even if they could absorb enough of the catalyst through their heads, hands and feet to restore their powers, they would have to wait after each use to recharge.
She will treat them kids their age so probably no stuff meant for younger children.

Ok, that makes sense as far as the hostage thing. She could also learn their identities that way after having already captured them. The revelation of their identities would make for quite the shock!
Since the heiress was aiming for much younger children, I figured that might be something she'd be interested in?
Some elements of regression would be a way to keep the kids off balance and mess with their confidence and self image? It might make them more malleable for brainwashing? Being treated as their own age might be one of the rewards they'd have to 'earn' by obeying their captors and being good children?
The long running magical twins are sort of freaky in their own right! It makes me wonder if they are more akin to 'solid holograms' or living clones?

The clones are magical doubles created by White Sorceress. They are meant to allow them to sneak out on a school night to deal with the bad guys without their parents finding out. They however will continue to keep anyone from missing them until she uses her magic to dispell them. Of course with her powers neutralized, she can't do anything.
The kids will be treated like babies to a point. The diapers... baby food.... They just won't be given toys and such associated with younger children. Subtly humiliating them.

If they'll spend their time in the beds and only half conscious, they might be kept hydrated--and perhaps drugged--with IV drips?
After they are allowed more long term full consciousness, they might get liquids in sippy cups? Again, its sort infantile, but practical for drinking in bed.

The druggings are only temporary and will generally be mixed into their food.

One wonders if the White Sorceress has even the RIGHT to dispel the doppelgangers? I know that they are a plot device, and that this isn't their function, but being so autonomous, they present the question of what life is?
Yes, regression can be subtle. Just simply being the supposedly big bad heroes who have been captured and brought back down to earth--and put to bed as it were. That they are made to feel like little children only playing at being heroes is a powerful way of knocking them down. Having their 'illusions' taken away to ease their brainwashing. Just having the staff speak to them in words that are a few grades lower than their actual education can have an additional effect.
And yeah, diapers and baby food work as well!
The Pajamas with their names on it, and embroidered bedding might also be effective in their own right. (Especially if the pajamas have the drop seat flaps and footsies!)

They won't be real persay.
The regression isn't to revert them to children, more as to treat them like children and get her to see Jessica as a mother figure.
The names and whatnot will come in after their identities have been discovered. It'll tell them that their captors know who they are are where they, and their families live.
Sorry, no feet or flaps. The bedding and outfits are simply to display their value. Gold plating them so to speak.

Thanks for the info. Don't worry about some of my more silly ideas. 
Mostly, the intent was to make the kids doubt themselves, and emotionally amenable to accepting Jessica as a true surrogate mother, maybe for good. They won't be down in the nursery in gold pajamas forever. Though it might be effective to make them think that.
That their identities are revealed, and held to their faces as it were, is a powerful motivator. A motivator to do what? Never play hero again? To be Jessica's children--but will Jessica ever dare to unmask herself? She could try and pretend to 'ransom' herself and the kids as the months roll by and then try and keep the kids. But I don't know if she could pull it off unless, she too, had the power to threaten them?
The kids could be threatened by her in more indirect ways, without revealing that she was their true kidnapper all along. Their identities could be leaked to the government for example? The kids wouldn't want to risk that either.
But with Charmer who can make with some mind control, and the White Sorceress who might be able to pull of reality alterations, giving the kids their powers back would always be worrisome to try and cover all bases?
Although, the thought has occurred to me of what if Charmer was compromised enough to use her power on the other seven for Jessica's benefit? Would her mind control power wipe the kids' real homes from their minds? Perhaps the White Sorceress would make a wish spell that allowed Jessica to do something even more dramatic? (of course, such gambits are very dangerous. These sort of efforts by Jessica might be an avenue for the kids getting out of the jamb?)
