clutter!in the end, the composition looks a little messed up, but I couldn't bring myself to delete things or add more.
I used filter on the left side and lost the original picture... so now it looks all painted in a bad contrast to the right.
but I think the patterns were fun to do, overall.

hi! so sorry for the late reply. I think I may have just used a watercolor filter in photoshop or one of the default textures in sai. sorry for being so vague orz

Original Characters? D: Why I merely thought to Mukuro and Hiba *___* Maybe the title The bird and the fish xDD;;;;; (Muku is the fish in the tank and Hibird? lol)
