Description
A tutorial on how to make and use and armbinder on yourself by just using a simple set of trousers! included with grammar issues and all! Please let me know what you think of it and if you ever test this let me know if it worked properly!
WARNING: DO NOT TRY THIS ON YOUR OWN OR BE SURE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ESCAPE. Feedback from Filipek1997 made me clear that this might be very hard to get out of. Do not take any risks and play safe.
SAFETY TIPS
MorbidoToaster came up with a way to get out easier: Tie a string to the waistband and put it in with your arms, if you get stuck you can pull the waistband down by the string to get your elbows out.
Some tips from the-ultimate-rider point out the following:
- Be sure to have a knife or scissors near you at all time when you try this. Put it somewhere you can reach it with your (tied up) arms.
- When you will try this be aware that escaping is hard! People that are not physicaly fit, problems with their lungs or other things that might be at hand should carefully over think if they should actually try this.
- Escaping is harder then it might seem at first. If you can't get out at a certain point, don't go further. Because going further might make the situation even harder or near impossible to escape. when looking at the tutorial, after every step that comes after step 4 you should test if you can still get out. If you can't then don't go further!
-The last step can be very treacherous since the knot is (when you pull it tight) almost impossible to get out from because you actually don't have the room inside to fiddle it open. BE AWARE!
- A little trick to get out when tied up: use a doorknob or a hook against the wall to pull the fabric from your chest over your head. Maybe it is wise to construct an escape method before trying this out.

Currently working on another one. The difficulty with this is the impact it has. I have found this picture all over the web and people are trying it without any thought about what could happen. Therefore I'm a little scared to upload more of these. Since people could get hurt or stuck and in some way it would be my fault... I just don't want people to get hurt..

People should know the risks of what they are getting themselves into. If they get stuck they haven't been safe enough or considered the risks properly. Neither of which are your fault if you upload more ideas.

If the knot isn't going easy then I don't recommend it for you to do it. It can leave to little space inside when forced and therefore leaving you stuck forever. Be safe!

I had an escape plan though I wanted to see if I could escape on my own before telling my girlfriend to get me out,
Another safety tip could be skip the first 4 steps, that way you can get the leggings off your arms just by struggling a bit.

I was thinking about some tutorials yes, but some are just to complicated to explain. It should be simple and most of all: safe! I don't want to be the reason some people get stuck and are found by people and stuff... therefore it's hard to come up with something simple that doesn't actually involve locks and stuff.
I'm glad to hear your girlfriend is around to help you out when you need it. Maybe you can introduce her to the situation too if she is up for it. If she get's stuck then it's easier for you I guess

I just tried it. It's hard without being flexible, but perfectly doable. And I discovered a somewhat easy way to get out with specific arm movements as well, so it gives the feeling of an armbinder, but if you know what you're doing you'll easily be able to get out.
Of course, like Filipek1997 said, it can be dangerous. I may just have been lucky with my pants being just right for it, so all safety measures must be taken. I had a pair of scissors nearby at all times just in case, and I would be able to use my phone on speaker if something went horribly wrong and I'd need someone to come free me.
But it really is an interesting binding method, and it's not half bad once it's on.

It's indeed not bad. I guess with the right pants this is actually kinda fun. I think this would be more usefull and safe with someone else around. That way no one can get hurt and it can also be much more comfortable. Instead of squirming and pulling yourself into this one. Besides... if your tied up, then no escape should be possible right?

Indeed, the whole point of bondage is to not be able to get free easily. Of course, when it comes to self-bondage the possibility of easy escape must be there.

Self bondage for me is the illusion and also the feeling of being stuck or tied up. You know there is a exit strategy but we all have read the story's... Things can go wrong very easily in such positions. And we wouldn't want that to happen... right?.... (making story's about selfbondage gone wrong and stuff lolololol). I just tested a new method for this which makes the armbinder-feeling more complete: Tie the end of the trouser-leg which will be the armbinder beforehand. This is only if you know you'll be able to get out beforehand, so you'll have tested this method of self-bondage before. Basically, the arms can't get through the leg any more. Also, this prevent over-excited people from reaching for the cords to tighten them, and it does give the whole setting a much more armbinder-like feeling.

Just an fyi this is something that people do with tights.Β Don't have to worry about the being able to breath thing as much.Β And tights well they can be incredibly, well tight.Β Just pick the right size and thickness of the tights for your size and how tight you want it.
