My cousin's friend dressed up as Billy for Halloween yesterday. I found your picture for a quick reference. He only had the mask at first, but I found him a suit jacket, vest, shirt, and bowtie (though it was black) for him at my house while they were stopping by! I couldn't look at him for very long after he had all that brought together. 
You did a pretty good good job. It looks awesomely chilling. I wouldn't want meet your Billy and have him eyeballing me

What is the deal with the puppet? I've never seen Saw or any of that but I have seen some clips of it and I've seen him sitting infront of a camera. I get that, Kramer uses him for that. But then he's on a tricycle, and cycling it? I thought he was a puppet? I'm really lost
I really need some closure on this, is it a puppet and a mask? Does Kramer have some demented kid/midget to ride the trike? Please help?
