Ok, doubt me if you will but I've killed both Big Sisters WITHIN 10 SECONDS, it's actually very simple, first, once you get the launcher upgrade it till you get the extar munitions, then when your about to face both big sisters lay down 9 proximity mines in the area they will land in, when this happens, there will be a HUGE lag but it won't take long, and right when the lag ends, both of them should be dead in no time

Yeah, I've done that on normal. But try this on hardest difficulty and get Big Brass Balls achievement. P:

I think she's a really good made antagonist character and her ideology got something in it, but her speeches are awful
