Love the picture! You could have cut the top part from the photo (the one aboce the shrimp sign) to keep the focus on the hand and the food, I think that's what Eyad-mangafreak meant.

its a very cliche angle though, try shooting at different angles and see what you come with

I had the same issue with the angle, but since this was taken at the fair, and there were tons of people walking in front of the booth, I didn't have a lot of options as to which angle I could shoot it from- I pretty much just took this one from a seated position at a table, where we were eating, lol.

Oh man... I started hungry and now I'm even hungrier! I can almost *hear* the food sizzling!
Artistically though, it's not a fantastic photograph. Not sure what could be done to it (as I am not a street photographer), but it feels a little "facebooky" at the moment.
