I read all volumes of "Piece and War" and it is the reason I write this comment. I have one association. This photo presents us old building with broken windows and door as if someone entered there and burnt all what is inside. Like Napoleon in this novel when entered in Moscow, burning half of the city.

I think this is my favorite of all your photographs. Is this in Moscow? I love this picture. I love pictures that show something like War destruction, and she looks like a soldier/spy.

I love the background. It looks almost like a post- world war two rissian town or something. And the fact that her gun looks like a luger is kind of ominous also. I like it.
Very emotionally gripping.
