A rework of one of my first images. I was going for a painterly look blended with sharp reality. It started out as a nice "normal" image. Then the dark side came calling and damn if he wasn't buying....Poser, Bryce, and minimal Photoshop. Most of the soft vs. hard textures and colors were achieved in Bryce using lighting and the texture lab.
Comment if you are so inclined.
If you want this in a higher res, let me know. I have had lots of requests for some of my others. I usually try to post with the dial up viewer in mind.

i dunno, it doesn't seem to blend well together. i think this could have been alot better constructed.

the second I saw those ripples in the water and that horizon-line I knew it just had to be "bryce". I used to use that myself, now it's more 3dmax work. like the landscape, knowing bryce it must have been huge. nice colouring techniques. overall, good image.

wow, nice poser figure.
but more over, really nice layout. good assymetrical symmetry, with the moon on the left and the foliage to the right. i like it a lot!
