Well here's my second attempt at using copics. I did these drawings on my thicker sketchbook paper. Have to say I'm happier with this batch than the previous attempt.The subjects I used are:
*Godzooky from the old Godzilla cartoon (that no one liked XD)
*Commander Feral from the Swat Kats (he's actually my favorite character on that show, believe it or not)
*Polka from Eternal Sonata
*An anime version of Flapjack
*Deego from Rogue Galaxy
*A random orange...what? Oranges are good for you! D=
Godzooky's "gao!" is the Japanese onomatopoeia for a roar, in case you're wondering.

I never said I didn't like it. I'm saying practically no one else did. It was hated by many Godzilla fans.

*sigh* I do understand that, but four years ago when I was 10, I thought he was really cool. I don't like the way he was portrayed NOW, but that's why I draw him older and stuff. So it doesn't seem so lame.

I miss the old cartoon Godzilla.
Sure, every episodes plot is almost exactly the same as the last, but I have good memories with it.
also, good pic, but I'm not familiar with Polka and Flapjack.

I know Eternal Sonata, but never played it, and I don't think flapjack commercials exist here.

Copics are intense... they do bleed a lot! you can actually purchase marker paper that I've found they don't bleed through! if all my stuff wasn't packed, I'd pull up a name brand for you, but apologies. I think most marker paper works pretty good with them, however. One fun thing I've learned that you can do with copics is (if you're using the brush end) to leave some white space on the drawing where you want the high lights, and then use the blender to blend the edges inward. It makes an intense highlight, and it's actually not to difficult once you figure it out

oops! I guess I just associate dark brown with stylized wolves... actually, now that I think about it, the stylized wolves do look vaguely feline x3 hym....

I never gotten the chance to see flapjack yet I'm sadden. I heard its a really good show. Ahh godzooky *cuddles* Mine =3. Wow another feral fan I always thought he was one of the more unique characters next to chance.

But other than that, you really can do well with the copic coloring.

Well Godzilla himself didn't look too bad in the cartoon, his nephew was the oddity to most people
