Looking at his mane and tail, for some reason, I think they should be metal as well, cause hair can get stuck in the mechanical bit and cause problems.

I think the 'byter bot' should be named 'Tardon'. As the bot is Tarboy, and the pony is Tiedon. Tar-don.
