My fan Characters for 's Media Controls universe concept!
I am such a huge fan of their art style and characters design like aaa, I love everything so much, save my soul! /)A(\ ♥♥♥ I highly suggest to check them out and marvel at their awesome gallery. *u* ♥
Anyway, this is refresh!
He's basically a healer in battle; able to 'refresh' his allies, healing up damage they have taken, so long as it is not too severe. He can also refresh himself, making him difficult to take down.
The downside to being refreshed, however, those who are refreshed momentarily forget what is going on around them and what they were doing at that moment, so it is not a good ability to use when in the heat of a battle where even a second's delay could mean between life or death.
Refresh has one somewhat offensive ability and that is overload; meaning that he refreshes the foe so many times in quick succession that they begin lagging, slowing down and getting confused. This creates a window of opportunity for either Refresh to escape, or his allies to strike.
Refresh is pretty useless without any allies on battle, as he cannot directly harm any enemies, nor has anyone to support.
I'm thinking about maybe designing another fan character, Cache, if I'm allowed to. /)w(\;; This is such a cool universe and concept!

Oooh, I really like his hairstyle. Nice theme you have going on here.
But is that a ponytail he got there? Or what is that? It doesn't really look like hair? :'D
But otherwise, I really like your style! I see you really tried to make it look "official".
And ooohh I really like his powers too! Powerful, but not op. The lagging part was really creative!

Ahh thank you! I am a really big fan of your style and how creative your designs are and especially how you incorporate the icons into the designs! Like rewind's legs, that was such a cool idea w @! I really wanted to try and do your style justice, but sadly my art always ends up more rounded looking and not as sharp;; Still! I am glad you like him! QwQ.
As for the ponytail, I was originally aiming for it to be hair but after sleeping on it, I think it's just a fake, de-attachable one because refresh wants to look cooler. XP
I also thought, maybe, he refreshes people through hugs? :,D Since his arms form a refresh sign and all, haha.
And maybe that's why he wants to look cooler; everyone has neat weapons or sweetass attacks while he's just armed with hugs. XD; /pun not intended.

They can get lagged? Boy, THAT is evil. I definitely recall many times where I finish a multiplayer game online, only to be pulled away by a bad connection or get lagged out. I guess the ability to lag other people certainly is overpowered?

Not really. The lag isn't long lasting and the character's only combat ability. It's useless if not taken advantage of. It has potential to be powerful, of course, but I wouldn't call it OP.

He looks super awesome and kind of cute! I love him! You make some of THE BEST characters I have ever seen! How did you get all that skill girl?! XD
