Went a lil lazy on the bg me thinks but... eh.. I didn't have it in me...
Short description of the fic:
Ice Dice is a pony residing in a stable that is controlled by a Prestige system that Stable-Tec never implemented. In the last few decades some strange things have been happening, like the council announcing the new 'Send Away' feature and her own mother going missing, supposedly abandoning her daughter to an undeserving fate in attempts to escape to the surface. Follow Dice as her reality starts cracking before her eyes and perhaps taking away her sanity with it.

Well, I'm going to have to check this fanfic.Β Top of the priority stack, which contains 91 fanfics right now.Β And that includes "Life and Times of a Winning Pony".Β Just thought you should know that's how much I enjoy your work in general.
As for your cover art: it's really great.Β Nice and emotional without need of context (though context will probably help).Β At the same time, the unique style of Ice Dice's attire sparks interest in who this character is and what her story is.
I'll give my opinion on the fanfic in the comment sections of it.Β So that Forlong guy that probably makes a really stupid joke is me.
