Well, she's actually a character from a GURPS game in a hybrid cyberpunk setting. So, according to the rules, with her muscle reinforcement, she could deadlift about 436kg fairly reliably.

She has a mix of bioware and discrete cyberware. She has cybernetic eyes and ear implants, a micro computer in her head with wireless and jack neural interfaces, a carbon fibre reinforced skeleton, subdermal nanoweave and some other minor implants, but the rest of her is just enhanced meat.
