Haven't seen the video yet, but he usually uses copic markers (which you can see around the edges of this artwork's photo), white gel pen and maaaybe sometimes prismacolor coloured pencils (but I might be misremembering on that last one haha). He says exactly what colours and whatnot he uses in his videos, so if you want even more details it might be worth checking it out.
