I really like this. The soft shading is really nice, and I love the seagulls and waves. Those little paws are adorable too.
As far as critiques go, the canine's neck is a little strange in the sense that the neck looks pretty thick in comparison to the chest. Maybe you could either start the line of the neck farther back on the lower jaw and slope it down to the chest, or if you want to keep the fluffiness, just round the chest out more and make that puffier as well.
Also--and this isn't really a crit or anything, just something I'd do--you could try darkening the sand and make it more of a brownish color along the waterline, where it shows where the waves have wet it. But that's just a little thing.
