You get it while exploring Lourle castle, the last dungeon in the game. Quoting from Zelda Dungeon: "It is found in a large Treasure Chest on the fourth floor of the castle. However, it is hidden on an isolated platform, which has no visible way of reaching it. However, if Link extinguishes the torches within the area, two thin bridges appear, allowing Link to reach the platform." Its not necessary for the game, but is very handy for the final boss fight. It stops 75% of damage, but you probably already knew that.

Time paradox! Link still has Ravio's bracelet in this part of the game! In the game, he gives it up to get both him and Zelda from Lorule's Sacred Realm to Hyrule's! Haha, I like the strange hidden things you sometimes put in your Zelda comics! ^^

I don't know, I think Ghirahim is a pretty cool... protagonist? Antagonist? I can never remember which one of those I'm supposed to use... Anyway, I thought he was pretty cool and different, even if his choice of wardrobe was kind of.... well, like Tingles, only cooler (though he didn't have to try very hard to reach that level) if anyone makes spandex look bad, its Tingle... *shudder*
