Well, Link from OoT had the best tights. Now, if I remember correctly, Fierce Deity wore black prior to this.

I remember that Link first wore the black leggings when he turned fierce deity in Majora's Mask. So, becoming a god means you need black leggings? Well at least the red tunic green undershirt here is better than the white armor with red and blue face paint.
