A collab with !She drew Pit, while I drew (surprise) the Teen Elf Warrior (Link). I don't do many collabs do I? Ahahah
Technically, Pit is hotter than Link in the second panel because he's literally on fire : P

Smash Bros. seems to like putting Link and Pit against each other a lot.

Being raised on Zelda games, the arguments between Loz fans and Icarus fans made me feel hatred for Kid Icarus. I am sick and tired of the hate. I collected a few comments from other fans, and posted them here to show just how stupid and out of hand this "rivalry" has gotten.

It's true to be honest their aren't many similarities to the games at all so why compare them?
If you ask me they should be arguing about Metroid and Kid icarus since they are very similar and made by the same man.
Personally I know that the reason Kid Icarus wasn't as popular is because Metroid was more popular.
A bounty hunter fighting Space pirates and life sucking parasites was more interesting then An Angel trying to save a Goddess from Medusa
And the only reason Pit is bashing link is because he has a Bow? that's not hating that's Trash talking before a match, just pit having fun, and yeah his reaction to Toon link is jealousy because link is so popular he has alternate versions of himself, but it's not like he hates Link.

Actually he can always, it is just the game developers never give him a dialog box because they wanted to make the player take that role. Explain how in OoT In the start of the game where Saria reacts to link saying he was summoned to the great deku tree. That would have meant he just told her. Though no dialog box showed he is able to talk. The idea was to immerse the player because you can put your name instead of link making you the Hero.
In windwaker and Twilight princess there are times where link is explaining something that happened sure no dialog box or voice acting but he is still talking.
No matter what this whole topic about link's ability to talk is always disputed somewhere all I can say is play the games and pay attention to hints of what people say or what link does during the cutscenes to determine this factor.
In old games if someone reacts or goes "what you are going to..." Or somehow now instantly knows where you are going or what you will need like "hmm what are you doing here, oh you are going to that temple let me offer some advice" or something like that and there is no one else even near him... Link must have said something. But sadly he does not get his own dialog box and the yes or no green letter options are for the player to make certain choices such as if you want to hear something again or do something.
Enough of my rant though..... Ether way Link is way better even if he could not talk (Which he can, just people do not pay attention to it)

i was not counting them, those do not count... as said I was talking about Twilight princess, ocarina of time and such and such. all i can suggest is that they did not give him a voice or dialog box to help players feel more connected to link, look at his cartoon series... there is a article somewhere that explains this better but i will leave that to you to find out.
