A collab with !She drew Pit, while I drew (surprise) the Teen Elf Warrior (Link). I don't do many collabs do I? Ahahah
Technically, Pit is hotter than Link in the second panel because he's literally on fire : P

Well, if you compare Link's hotness, silence, and ability to save Hyrule over and over to Pit's lame-but-hilariously-funny puns, fourth-wall breaking, cuteness, adorkableness, wings, way better-looking dark side, loyalty-

As much as I like both characters, I'm siding with Pit. I like him better, his voice is fine with me, he can fly on his own (sorta), he's an angel general, and he's got Palutena. And at least Palutena doesn't get captured on a regular basis like Zelda does. So Pit wins this, especially with that burner.

Actually each title sports a different Zelda. Think about it. Link meets Zelda for the first time in every game but three. How would that be possible if it was all one person. Palutena is one person. Also, her family isn't cursed.
The legacy of Hyrule's royal family is that Zelda will always have something about her that someone else needs. Triforce of Wisdom, blood of the goddess, purity, status as a sage, etc. The point of her 'capture' is solely because of that. If she stayed out of it, her kingdom would crumble. As it did in OOT. Her "being captured," is actually her bravery. Taking the hit for Link, who chances are, would also be captured if the villain knew where he was, and that he existed.
Basically put, Zelda's the more selfless and courageous heroine. She surrenders herself for the betterment of her kingdom in the future, and to buy her fellow hero more time to awaken himself. She knows that her strength is limited to herself, while unlimited to the villainously ambitious. In A Link to the past, fate merely put her in that foul position so that she could later awaken Link when he came to her. In that title, she had no other magical abilities besides a truthful eye and the mental ability to communicate with Link.
So actually, no. Zelda and Palutena are more so equal in power, just one is unfortunately in a worse off situation. Also, let us not forget that Zelda was a goddess and selflessly gave that up to save Hyrule. I'm sure Palutena would not do such a thing as she appears to be a very prideful person. No offense, I don't like Palutena much, but as with every Nintendo character, I do respect her. I looked at this from as neutral as a view I could.
