Reminds me of minhtrimatrix's CAD skin.
Nonetheless, this is fabulous (even better imo) xD

wow.. this looks highly intriguing already!!
maybe some disc-like overlay on the cover art would look nice, to create more an impression of an actual disc?
also a remaining track timer might be cool.
either way.. great concept so far.

well, when i started skinning CAD, i always found it useful to backup someone else's skin and then play with it in CAD's Skin Editor, to learn by doing, you know.
this way you can quickly get an idea for what all the various settings are about. and since CAD provides you with a realtime preview of the settings you'd make on your desktop, there are often no further explanations necessary to get a grip on those settings.

what most CAD skinners do to create their own skins, is to take an already existing skin by someone else and then slowly start exchanging the graphics of that skin by their own garphics. by doing so, they often also get an overview of the various supported file- and foldernames if viewed in windows' explorer.

but of course you can also visit the cdartdisplay.com forum and then take a look at these topics: How to make a Skin?
Skin Editor: Settings explained
or you check out the "tutorials and resources" gallery in the #CD-Art-Display group --> here

also, feel free to leave a comment or question in either the CAD forum or group about anything you want to know about CAD (and skinning it) and i'm sure you'll always get the answers you're looking for.

i hope that was helpfull.
