As silly as this sounds, stand in front of a mirror and practice. Or, when you're feeling particularly happy/sad/whatever look at yourself in the mirror. You'd be surprised...
I do this all the time because I act... I'm not narcissistic, I swear. haha.

I do do that sometimes.. although often I stop myself because I think I may never leave the mirror.. it does help though! I just need to translate it into my darn photos.
