You'll have to use an hdri image as the atmosphere. Then just turn up your GI Settings. Well, not turn up, but toy with GI.

Oh that'll be cool if you don't mind. There's not really anything on the web on what I've seen about GI on C4D, and it takes about 10 minutes just for it to render the bypass on my computer T_T.
(You used a small % of bump noise on the floor didn't you?)
