First off, this is great work. Beautifully done.
Second, I like how there are so many interpretations to this. My personal theories are that Lena either teleported into a possible future for Overwatch or into a alternate reality, where she finds what little remains of Winston. She looks absolutely heartbroken.

It looks like the aftermath of a very bloody and destructive war. I'm going to guess something along the lines of Talon hunting down every Overwatch agent they could get a location on. Tracer barely escaping with her life and Hana losing hers along with countless other agents. Beautiful and tragic. I love it.
