This is for and is a 3D render of her cannibalistic Irken, Tika, crouching over some hapless victim...

I can honestly say I'm quite pleased with the way this came out. There's plenty of room for improvement, I know, but I think this has been my best attempt at an Irken so far. The tree may get in the way, sorry about that, but it looked too plain without it.^^

There's a lot of more well known programs, like 3DS Max, Maya and Blender, but I use Rhinoceros. Although practically no one's ever heard of it, I think it's by far the easiest and (excluding blender) the cheapest of all of them.^^

yeah, it's pretty good with the modeling and stuff, but I think I need to find a better render program.

These are getting better and better. Does rhino not have sky settings? If you could change the sky color at least and then insert a sky buy removing the specified color and just overlaying this over a sky, that could work too... but those little things I have found out make a huge difference in a render.
But they really are just becoming fantastic renders overall.

Yes, Rhino does have a sky option, and now that I think of it, I don't know why I didn't use it.

OO OO! use a dynamic sky copy a couple of frames and paste the pics into a GIF animator so u can hav3 an animated sky!!!! *panting*
