A third dimensional recreation of the Japanese comic: Β©Death Note.This scene is intended for artistic use, and it not a copyrighted version of the original series. The scene that you see was 100% developed by myself using texture mapping and manipulation.

This is very skillfully done. Every detail and every texture is spot-on and near identical to the illustrated backgrounds in both the Death Note manga and anime. I'm impressed!

I primarily use Photoshop CS5 for the textures, and 3DS MAX for the dimensions.

No, I did not. Each piece was developed separately and maneuvered around the scene that I also developed separately. The avatar that you see was also individually mapped with 3D templates, which can be adjusted at will.

I am a 3D item producer for a client called IMVU, in order to advance it's catalog and work on my ability to design tools. You can install this client, however being able to produce these materials requires an installation of Photoshop and payment to become a member within its site. Being a developer requires a severe amount of time and investment; if you do not have the time to do this, I do not recommend this for you.
