Lighting: on-camera flash.
Software: tweaks in Lightroom 2, burn and Noise Ninja in Photoshop CS4.

Thank you. It took a few tries to get the composition right. If I were doing it right, I'd have a strobe with a massive softbox well behind my right shoulder, but all I had was on-camera.
