Description
Just tooling around in Photoshop. Research doesn't exist, nor does Amber Divine. Their CD release is fictional, and so is the CD they're releasing. The Ironwood is real, though. It's in Inglewood.Stock from dA. Title from Woody Guthrie. Photoshop CS3.

You're getting better and better at this...
Ya know, I'm actually starting up a web-design firm with a friend of mine... I'm scripting and copy, he's css and compliance, but we could use an art-director / css teamleader, if for no other reason than to keep me the fuck away from the layout. We're css / xhtml1.0 for now, but we'd like to migrate to xml/xslt in the near future, and once again we could use a hand with it.
Interested?

Sure. I love flexing my design muscle. I'd need to learn how to work with xml and what xslt is first, but definately. Keep me posted.
Once again I'm finding I need to learn Illustrator.

wow, thats beautiful... but for a poster, maybe some colour? nothing catches your attention like colour! but as an art piece, beautiful, dont change it, except that the top negative space steals focus... intentional?

I sort of meant the negative space to grab your eye and then yank it down into the meat of the image. Does it work? As for colour, yeah. That's something I really need to get better at. I'm good at monochrome. I tend to forget to introduce a third or fourth colour.
