This totally reminds me of Phoenix Wright, just the style of this piece and how it is animated is very reminiscent of that game. I can imagine the dialogue sound effects playing as she moves her mouth. This piece is fantastic, nice job on it

Basically? 3/4 simple main frames- but with the moving parts separated to add a little more variety as it loops.
