Description
This is my third OC, Jason Terrell, in his uniformed appearance.

Bio: Jason lived in the 23rd Century, and was 15 years of age, sporting messy red hair and red eyes, the latter of which was completely unheard of in human nature. Despite his obvious intelligence and charm, couples looking for children to adopt were rather put off by red eyes. For this reason he had been residing in the orphanage since he was only one year of age, having never known his parents or what had happened to them. He wears a red combat jacket with a black sleeveless T-shirt, dark red combat trousers and belt, and red and white boots.

Jason also possesses bionic arms. When walking home from school one day, he was the victim of a nasty hover car crash, which caused him to have both of his arms amputated. But instead of leaving him with no arms whatsoever, doctors decided to replace the once mangled arms with Bionic types, so that he could still live as normal.

But these arms were no ordinary arms, they had built in projectiles for his own protection against a race of unrealistic aliens called The Grand Weevil. Jason's left arm can shoot an infra-red cutting laser, while the right arm can shoot taser electricity, hence earning him the nickname 'Taser Laser'.

It’s the year 2200. Most of the world has been overtaken by the technological age, though many intelligent human beings live peacefully on earth. 15 year old Jason Terrell is an orphaned schoolboy, but despite his obvious intelligence and charm, his red eyes made him off-putting.
One afternoon when walking back home from school, he becomes a victim of a very nasty hover-car crash. Jason survives the crash, but his arms are mangled and must be amputated.
However, instead of just leaving the arms as they are, they are replaced with mechanical arms which the hospital orders from the military. Following a quick healing, thanks to Jason's rare blood type, Terrell was subjected to robotic surgery, where the mechanical arms were installed to replace his formerly paralysed arms. They also managed to save enough of his nervous system to attach to his new arms, so that he could move them as he would fleshy arms.

Passage from Taser Laser
“What happened to my arms?” Jason asked.
“When you were involved in that car attack, your whole body was damaged. But you claimed that you couldn’t feel your arms, right?” Replied Professor Flynn.
“That’s right.”
“We’ve had to do the worst Jason. Your arms were beyond repair and needed to be amputated. But rather than just leaving you with no arms, we decided instead to replace them with these new bionic types.”
Jason took another good look at his arms. Whatever remained of the fleshy arms he was once using, had now been replaced all the way up to the shoulder blades. He gently rubbed the palms of his now titanium hands across the lower arms, surprising himself at just how smooth they were.
“Wow!”
Richard became surprised at Jason’s reaction. He couldn’t help but chuckle.
